anz33 serve

Starts anz33 and keeps it running. Everything else needs this to be on.

How to run it

anz33 serve

Option	What it does
`--port`	listen on this port instead of the configured one (default 3300)
`--host`	bind address; defaults to 127.0.0.1, this machine only
`--lan`	bind 0.0.0.0 so the household can reach this hub
